海外モデルやアーティストとともに、重度多汗症をはじめとする身体的困難への理解を深める「Pearl Blue Ribbon（パールブルーリボン）運動」の展開や、メディア・執筆活動を通じたメッセージ発信を紹介しています。

私はこれから、多汗症という理由で働きづらさを抱えてきた人たちに、無理をしなくても、自分のリズムで関われる仕事と居場所をつくっていきたいと考えています。
多汗症は、見えにくく、理解されにくい。それゆえ、人生の選択肢を狭めてきた現実があります。だから私は、同じ悩みを経験してきた当事者として、「雇われる側が我慢する社会」ではなく、「特性を前提に設計された働き方」を目指します。
人数や形にこだわるのではなく、一人ひとりの生活が守られ、「ここにいていい」と思える仕事を、少しずつ増やしていく。多汗症当事者だからこそ向いている仕事も、きっとある。
私は、多汗症の人たちが社会から取り残される存在ではなく、社会を支える存在になれる未来を信じて、この挑戦を続けていきます。

Living with Hyperhidrosis
ELLY has struggled since childhood with excessive sweating on her head and face. Everyday activities like 'working' and 'being in public,' which most people take for granted, always came with invisible constraints for her.
Hyperhidrosis actually takes away life's choices.
Sweat is visible, yet the suffering, tension, and fear are hardly understood. It's not uncommon for people to dismiss it as 'overthinking' or 'a matter of effort.' Even after entering society, ELLY continued to face the reality of working alongside this condition.
There were times when she avoided going out and in-person work, pushed herself too hard, and unknowingly closed off many possibilities.
What she witnessed was the existence of people who were quietly forced to give up simply because of hyperhidrosis.
"Does this society really need to be built on someone's endurance and silence? I want to convey this reality to people living in the same society."
